In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "1plus77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the 1plus77 online casino and sports betting platform, operated under a valid PAGCOR license and accessible at 1plus77.org.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a Player Account on the 1plus77 platform or who accesses the platform for any purpose.

By accessing the 1plus77 platform, creating a Player Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not access or use the 1plus77 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

To register and maintain a Player Account on 1plus77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each individual may hold only one Player Account on 1plus77. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid government-issued identification document. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any other person. 1plus77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Notify 1plus77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Do not use a shared device or public Wi-Fi network to access your 1plus77 Account without appropriate security precautions.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for additional account security.
• Never respond to unsolicited communications requesting your 1plus77 login details. 1plus77 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS.

All Player Accounts on 1plus77 are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are expressed and processed in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied.

Deposits may be made via the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are published in the Banking section of the platform and may be updated from time to time. 1plus77 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Target processing times are as follows:

• BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfers: processed within 2 business hours, subject to bank cut-off times.

1plus77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 1plus77 promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live table games, including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack, may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• 1plus77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, multi-accounting, use of automated software, or coordinated play designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• A player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus at a time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless the specific promotion terms expressly permit this.
• 1plus77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

All games available on the 1plus77 platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, card games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable game rules before placing any wager.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on 1plus77 are certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Certified return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game and represent the theoretical long-term average payout across all players. RTPs do not guarantee any individual session outcome.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 1plus77 will use its best efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where game state data cannot be definitively recovered, wagers affected by the malfunction may be void and stakes returned to the Player's Account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1plus77 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or PAGCOR as appropriate:

• Registering more than one Player Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players or with platform staff to manipulate game outcomes.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other players without authorization.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 1plus77 staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other circumvention technology.
• Any conduct that constitutes a criminal offense under Philippine law or the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.

All content on the 1plus77 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, text, audio, video, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1plus77 or is licensed to 1plus77 by its content providers, including game developers and technology partners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 1plus77 platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the 1plus77 platform without the express prior written consent of 1plus77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1plus77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if 1plus77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1plus77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude 1plus77's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.

1plus77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. By creating a Player Account and using the 1plus77 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations that require 1plus77 to retain certain data.

1plus77 will share player data with PAGCOR and other relevant Philippine regulatory authorities when required by law or our license conditions. We may also share data with payment processing partners and identity verification service providers as necessary to operate the platform and fulfill our compliance obligations.

1plus77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Conduct that in 1plus77's reasonable judgment poses a reputational, legal, or regulatory risk to the platform.
• Receipt of a direction from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority requiring account action.

You may close your 1plus77 Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your last used payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC requirements. Bonus Balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (the PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 10173 (the Data Privacy Act), and Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended.

In the event of a dispute between you and 1plus77 relating to your Account, any transaction, a game outcome, or these Terms and Conditions, you should first contact 1plus77 customer support to attempt informal resolution. Most disputes are resolved within 48 hours.

If your dispute is not resolved informally, you may escalate it to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint and dispute resolution mechanism, consistent with the terms of 1plus77's operating license. The decision of PAGCOR's regulatory body on any such dispute shall be final and binding on both parties.

For disputes that fall outside PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

1plus77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file or via a prominent notice displayed upon login to the platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms and Conditions is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 1plus77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
